Please, just get sleep. Try to establish a healthy sleep schedule in high school, so it’s natural in college. Sleep deprivation is a widespread issue here, and you’re just more yourself when you’re fully alert. That doesn’t mean don’t do an all nighter for that HS project or your humanities 110 paper once you get here, but it’s pretty easy to procrastinate your homework pretty late if you don’t plan on sleeping until 3. Then, when you wake up at 6 or 7, you have to do a half-assed Intro to Analysis homework that probably won’t get half credit, and you’ll end up doing the hum reading between lecture and conference, not before lecture, which is the best way to prepare yourself for new ideas on the topic.
I know that even though I say this, I myself probably won’t improve much in terms of sleeping well.
Heck, it’s 1:33 AM and I have nothing to do, yet I’m still up. It’s Friday night, but I could have a fuller and more energetic Saturday if I just get some sleep now.
