my application.....help me out!!!

First---in the finding your niche section it says on part D.
If you have participated in any TRIO programs (e.g. Educational Opportunity Centers, Student Support Services, Talent Search or Upward Bound) please describe your experiences.
what is that? do I put NA?

Second---Who should I get recommendations from? Science teachers, honors or AP teachers, or just teachers I like best and like me best and that I did good in their class? I have two teachers that have had me for two years...so definitely them. How many recommendations am I supposed to get or are recommended?

Third----Deadlines---It says
PRIORITY APPLICATION DEADLINES:
November 1: Part I Application Deadline.
...so theres no penalty for not having this done is there?

Then it says
December 1: Part II Application Deadline.
If Part I has not been submitted, both Part I and Part II are due by Dec 1
...is this priority too?

Even if I finish this early...my stuff is due in my school November for all people doing January deadlines which the regular one for MD is Jan 20...so pretty much I have no choice if my school sends my stuff early or whenever they want to.

i think that if you had participated in any of those, you wouldn't be asking what they are, so that question is probably not applicable to you.

teachers who know you and more about you than just how you did in their class. a teacher whose class you struggled in but looked for extra help and improved through the semester, for example, would give a great recommendation. so would a teacher who was also an advisor for an extracurricular you were involved in. i think most colleges look for 2-3 recs...it probably says on the application.

i would have to look at the application to know for sure, but i would assume if that part is also under the section marked "priority" then yes, it is also priority.

i think you need to read the application a little more closely, most of your questions are probably answered right there.

also, if you're worried about when your school will send it in, you should probably send it in yourself. i know i definitely couldn't rely on my school to send things for me; they were so swamped with everyone else.
