My Chances at Bowdoin College

So Bowdoin is at the top of my list but I just have trouble with having confidence, so if you guys could please help me, I would dearly appreciate it.
I want to know if I stand any chance at being admitted into Bowdoin.
Here is my profile:
I am a Latina
I come from a low-income family
I am going to be a senior this fall, and I will be retaking the SAT[1710]/ACT25
I take all the top, challenging classes my school offers.
Rank 6/643 - Top Ten.
GPA: (non-weighted): 3.48 (weighted): 4.6
My Extracurriculars and non-academics are:
Freshman year: Earth Club, (I wasn't too involved with school yet, more with outside of school), The Bunny Bunch Organization/Shelter, Scripps College Academy, Inland Empire Future Leaders.
Sophomore Year: Earth Club (Treasurer), SCA, Bright Prospects Organization, My community's Teen Action Committee, NHS, CIF, began working as an independent pet sitter.
Junior Year: Earth Club (VP), The Bunny Bunch Org., SCA,NHS, CIF, Teen Action Committee, BP Org/ volunteer with them, Academic Decathlon (JV team captain), One of the founder's of my school's Psychology Club (We were trying to establish a class, but unfortunately funding was cut short and we made it a class instead), Science Club, QuestBridge Scholar.
This summer: More volunteering with Bright Prospects, I'm getting a job due to financial necessity in my home, and I will begin volunteering with my local senator's campaign.

I just want to know if this is good so far or if I didn't do enough.

For Bowdoin, test optional is for applicants with a very strong application. Your taking the most challenging courses your school has offered and your class rank will help. Best of luck!

GPA is a bit low, is the high rank because your school is super hard or not very competitive?

I think my GPA would seem low but I am not sure why? I have an A in all my classes throughout the years. I think it’s based on my school’s curriculum. I hope they analyze that. And I wish my school was competitive, I go to a very wacky school - usually everyone gives up by now.

If the rank is a product of laziness from fellow students the GPA will be an issue. You have to remember that when a school is test optional and you elect not to submit test scores they will place a greater value on your GPA…

Is the rank based on weighted GPA?
