I think you have a fairly decent shot since you are a legacy student and aplying ED it will give you a leg up. Of course, this is Cornell Engineering, so you can’t be sure about anything. As for your lit score, just don’t send it. Everything looks good, but realize there will by MANY other students with similar test scores/gpa/ ECs…so write good essays!
Thanks so much! One thing about the SATII - Cornell’s policy is that they request all Collegeboard testing history if u send anything from Collegeboard so I sent all my satii’s (here’s to hoping it doesn’t screw me over!)
I also think you have a very good chance! And I don’t think the lit score will hold you back. You have some interesting ec’s. Best of luck to you!!!
Because you were a legacy, you were probably able to write a very good Cornell engineering-specific essay, but I definitely encourage anyone applying there to visit if they can and attend an info session for the college they are applying to.
