@qwc123 I’m not exactly sure how I missed your last response but I just saw it today. My apologies!
Thank you for getting back to me on merit aid timing. I think you are correct that it takes several weeks to hear about merit aid, esp. because D2 applied so early (in late August and heard back in early Sept). We contacted D2’s admissions counselor the other day and he was saying later this fall . . . she will submit material for an achievement scholarship in a few weeks as well . . . gotta get through the fall musical at her school first 
One thing SCAD did inform her about was that she gets credit for her AP Language and Comp test. She needs to bring in a couple AP’s (three would be even better) in order to graduate ontime I think. She’s planning Animation with storyboard minor and from what I can see of the curriculum for both she will be a busy bee over there.
Hope you are enjoying your foundation year. Are you living in Turner or one of the other dorms? How do you like Savannah?
