<p>Like others, I have set up a my fordham account and am now linked to the Financial aid section - all without receiving any notice of acceptance. Isn't this crazy and confusing? For me I am a National Merit Finalist with 1560/1600 SAT, but no scholarship indicated for that.</p>
<p>A word of advice. Don’t go tinkering on the MyFordham website before you know what Fordham Admissions/Financial has done with your application. This seems to be a spreading phenomenon of people trying to outsmart “the system.” I don’t know what any of that means, frankly. But I would not put any credence in anything you “see” on the website until you have the offer in hand. </p>
<p>Being a NMF I am certain puts you in very good stead. Relax. Wait for the package and get back to us then.</p>
<p>I believe they are mailing out packages this week, in batches. Everyone will know by April 1.</p>

I didn’t really monkey around with the system, it seems like a system you can log into even if you are a prospective student, to get more info about Fordham. The weird thing is you get an area that talks about Financial Aid.</p>
<p>Yeah…its a quirky system for sure. Not saying it isnt correct, but just wait and see. Relax. I think you will be fine.</p>
<p>You might want to check again. I just check a couple of minutes ago and discovered an amazing package that made me extremely happy!!</p>
<p>I had occasion to speak with a financial aid representative last week about something specific to my daughter, but in the conversation I was told that final packages are being prepared right now and that as of last Friday, all award references had been pulled down from the system temporarily so the final numbers can be put into place. My D was admitted EA with a named scholarship and even that has been pulled removed from the site. It will be replaced with final grant/loan numbers over the next week. Point being that all the packages haven’t been uploaded yet.</p>
