My grades dropped a little in my second semester senior and I'm worried I will be rejected

I did really good junior year and first semester senior, got a’s and b’s. But then my grades dropped in my second semester. I’m in 3 ap classes, Biology, Government, and Calculus.I got a’s and b’s first semester, but now I have c’s. I got accepted into Illinois Tech, but I’m seriously worried they’ll reject me. My Act in math was 32, which I’m really proud of, but my grades are a concern now. My last semester weighted GPA was 4.2. I became really stressed this semester and fell back on my grades. I can try to get my grades up to b’s but I’m really worried now. I honestly don’t know what I’ll do if I get rejected at this point. Senioritis hit me unexpectedly. Family issues, school stress, everything just hit me and my grades fell.

Do you think I’ll get rejected? Even if I get less scholarship money, it would be so much better than getting denied! Is it common for colleges to rethink their decision and deny people they already accepted ?

Opinions?

It’s doubtful Cs will get you rejected (the usual recommendation is no Ds, Fs or felonies). Try to get them up but don’t stress too much. If you’re really concerned call the school and ask. They’ll be honest with you.

It’s called rescinding (not letting you attend after you are accepted). I would work on getting those grades up!! You wwill need to know the Calc/Bio info for college so start working harder!!
