<p>I can’t imagine that both of them don’t speak English. Also, if that’s the case, I would just ask them to write a note in whatever language they speak and translate it for the school. For a note though, the OP could just write it and then have his parents sign it.</p>
<p>I usually do what Skywalker said. I either skip blocks of classes, skip the whole day, or skip a single period. It’s easier to make up an excuse that way.</p>
<p>Or say that you felt fine period 3, ate something bad at lunch (cafeteria), went home at 4th to throw up, stayed home for two periods, and felt better enough to go to 7th. </p>
<p>Point is, unexcused absences are unnecessary. No matter how “smart” you are about skipping school, the office people usually know. They’re used to it. But at least you won’t get stuck with Saturday school.</p>
<p>I hope you know your school loses funding every time you are absent. I can see your case that school is not worthwhile, but I don’t think skipping school is a good idea…</p>

<p>Wait, I assume you’re taking AP/advanced classes. How do you manage to keep your grades up without showing up to 20 days of school?</p>

and yea, all AP’s possible and teacher aide (no more AP’s available). it’s cause our school is the most bs school ever. teachers dont teach. students dont learn. except for the ones who self-study at home and cram.</p>
<p>You should have gone to school like normal, then do your college work. You want to go to college, but you don’t want to go to high school? Then why do you even want to go to college? You shouldn’t skip class, now those 20 unexcused absences will show up on your transcript which will make it look absolutely horrible = not a chance of getting into a good school.</p>
