My mom lives with Cancer and I moved in the middle of high school...will it help?

So, my situation here is that I lived with a mom who survived cancer recently. I moved several times: once in Feb 2008 during 8th grade to a school in Connecticut because my mom was treated at Yale Hospital. Then I moved again after sophomore year to NJ because my dad needed to support us and so he worked in NJ. He was unemployed in CT for 3 years. My grades are A's, B's, a few C+ during my freshman and sophomere year. I took a few honor courses at the time. After I moved in to NJ, my grades steeped and the family was still really dysfunctional because my mom suffered depression and anxiety and still does. I could barely focus on my academic studies and I was taking care of her for the past 3 years. I have a ton of things on my shoulder with home and school and adjusting in... that I stressed out with soo much anxiety and lost credit for absences for all my courses. But my senior year, I was able to maintain A's and B+. I moved from an average high school in Fairfield, CT to this top 5 public school in NJ. Also I currently work for Dunkin Donuts for 2 years straight.

How will college look at me if I explain what colleges don't know about me? I don't take any sports, i'm a minority, and I come from a family with financial struggle. My family is dysfunctional and my dad works 100+ hours a week to support us and my mom is slowly getting back on her feet.

I was planning on applying to Hunter College (CUNY), Pace University, Montclair University, Baruch College (CUNY)
