I originally choose not to consider my SAT score, but I had a major improvement (Jan SAT). However, I am not sure whether it is good enough to call the admissions and ask them to consider.
My SAT:
CR: 500
W: 560
M: 770
Total 1830

Please help me!!!

You should definitely ask and see if you can send over your scores. They might be willing to consider it. Are you applying for regular decision?

I think you should send it in, the math score is really good!
It depends, I think, on your prospective major as well.

I wish you the best of luck!

770 in math is great. Whats your super score? I have the feeling that the decisions are done and the school is just waiting to release based upon forms related to the CSS profile. Just a guess.

Well I don’t have a super score this is my highest SAT.
As for CSS profile I didn’t apply for financial aid. Another thing I forgot to tell is that last semester I failed AP Calculus, so I am really worried about this F on my transcript, and I don’t even know whether I should drop it or not .

Well… that F is on your transcript, and has gone to the college with the mid-year report already. You can’t “drop it” now. Given that information, I would send in the SAT score and ask them to consider it. The other portions of your scores are not great, but showing something that shows you have some math aptitude is probably a good thing.

I wasn’t talking about dropping last semester’s AP, but dropping out AP cal this semester. I don’t think I would get a good grade. If I do drop out I am pretty sure I would get an A/A+ in Math. I just wonder how college view dropping out second semester, I don’t want them to see me as a quitter.

Well, if you change your schedule, you have to tell the colleges you are changing it. I assume they will understand if you failed first semester (at my kid’s school, you would have HAD to drop back in math if this happened first semester). I think your bigger problem is how to show that you can succeed in college level classes if you failed an AP class in fall of senior year. I say send the test score, and go ahead and drop back in math to a class you can succeed in.

There are many factors, but I got accepted with a 1880 if that is any help.

770 in math? wow
what is your interest?
the essay is the key

just saw your post about the ap.
the obvious question you will be asked:
how do you score 770 and not ace ap calc?
