Hi! I am an international student at her senior year. I just took the August SAT and got a 1450, this is my first time taking it, and I was wondering if you guys think is a good enough score for schools such as Stanford, Berkeley, Johns Hopkins, NYU and UChicago. Thank you! 
It is a nice score. Now the rest depends on your other academics, ECs, and essays.
It is also nice if you have a hook(something that really shows your uniqueness).
Honestly, I don’t think a 1450 is good enough for Stanford and UChicago at the very least.
I agree that it’s a good score but 1500+ would be more in line with the median for the type of schools you listed.
As an international applicant, Stanford is extremely reachy no matter what your scores are, but it’s almost impossible without 750+ in both sections, @fatima1308 .
