<p>I'm not proud of these scores, but I wanted to know how many more times I can take the SATs from now till Dec. I plan on taking SAT prep courses during this summer along with volunteering daily during the weekdays.</p>
<p>PS: This is my first time taking an SAT, and I have not prepared for it, but after seeing these scores, I sure as hell will.</p>

<p>Technically you could take it around 3 or 4 times if you take every test in the upcoming months.</p>
<p>However, you really should study for your second one. That is when most people see the most improvement. I would advise not taking the June SAT then taking the earliest after, such as in August or September.</p>

<p>Would taking it twice during the months of October and November be wise? I have the College Board Study Guide but I don’t really have a hint on how to use it correctly.</p>
<p>Statistically taking two tests back to back has rarely shown improvement unless you prepare in between.</p>
<p>Your score is not going to go up unless you do the work.</p>
<p>I would take the test every other month. </p>
<p>Three SAT’s should be enough to get your desired score.</p>
