My Wait is Over!

Oh my...I just got off the phone with my senator (I say that so casually). He congratulated me on my receiving a nomination to USMA. He mentioned that since I have an LOA, I am IN!. I was just thinking how much time I have spent worrying about applying and everything, over a year I'm sure. Anyway, best of luck to the other candidates and hopefully you will receive a call as well in the coming days.

hooah...ok everybody! Seriously congratulations!

we haven't gotten along very well on this board, but that doesn't matter...
a congratulations shall be received where it is well deserved.

jq722 - Great news, congratulations!!

jq722 - Wow! What great news! Did you sleep with that smile on your face last night? Congrats to you & your family. All that hard work you've done has payed off. The kids who are at Academies now have posted over and over again: Go have fun and enjoy this time that you have. Relax and spend all the time you can with your family & friends. The parents say: Get some bubble tape and wrap up for the wait.

Go do big things and make us proud! Like we're not already....:)

I must add my congratulations as well! Keep healthy and be proud!
