<p>Those of you who weren't able to register on MyEdAccount.com because the Social Security number and date of birth supposedly didn't match--what did you do? Have you been able to get the situation fixed? The same thing just happened to my son, but he had no trouble registering on SallyMae.com.</p>
<p>I was one of the people, but my son’s accounts were moved to a different loans manager and we hadn’t been notified yet. Everything is working fine with the new provider. Sorry I don’t have an update.</p>
<p>CALL!!! Don’t let the messed up system keep you from paying on your loans. The more people who call and bug them, maybe they’ll pick up the pace & get things fixed.</p>
<p>I would have called but I got busy that week and these were my second son’s loans so I was busy trying to decide whether to consolidate my first son’s loans that were coming due and then we got a letter from the new provider saying that they had son #2’s loans so I of course never had to call.
