Naps

I-Day at the USNA for the class of 2010 is Wednesday, June 28th, 2006....those coming from NAPS report in on Tuesday, June 27, 2006.

If you are asking for the reporting day for NAPS in Rhode Island, I haven't seen that date listed yet.

well, last year, NAPS had I-Day on july 14th, i think.

Well, as soon as somebody finds out, please post the I-DAY FOR NAPSTERS.

thanks,

Rosa

I was gonna say July 28 seems kind of late. It will probably be mid-July like it usually is. It's about two weeks I think.

Dunno. I started on August 1st.

did anyone else get the email saying that our CIS password is changing?

yes - we got the message

Naps06 - Maybe post your question as to the dates for Naps I-Day in the Naps parents forum. They might be able to answer. Good Luck to you! Naps is a great great accomplishment!!

Thank you Jamzmom, we need more people like you!!!!

i'd have to say the same...a forum on service academies isn't the same if you're missing a crucial perspective: the moms that care for their children and those of others.

thanks guys!

vcm2007,
are you thinking of going into politics? I agree, jamzmom is a pretty cool person :)

thanks guys!

oops, sorry i posted twice, my computer got all screwey @_@

usna09mom,
yes, actually, i am thinking of politics.

maybe i might go further into "grisham" world and delve into law, but i'm not sure.

but yes, politics is definitely one of my major interests, if not THE interest.

how'd you guess/know?

Uh. All I did was provide a link. But thanks anyhow. I knew about the Naps link through some research when we thought they might take a look at our kid. Its an awesome place. Naps & Vcm, you've got all the help you need from the kind folks that are on this forum. Everyone here was such a huge help last year when my kid was sitting where you are now. Still are helpful. Just ask away and if someone knows the answer, it'll get to ya. When you get to Naps and/or Academies, be sure to check back in on everyone here if you can find some time. The guys up & coming next year will surely need your help. Don't forget us little people on your ride up! The only reason why Moms are good here is because we know about under armor and boodle. Go do big things guys. Good Good Luck! Politics or law huh. Maybe you can get social security all straightened out by the time I need to sign up! ;) Need mo money!

Hey Everyone,

I'm at NAPS right now and I'll be happy to answer ANY questions you have.

Admiral T!! You're alive!!!!!! Welcome back & its SO good to see you here. You're probably ready for the holiday break.....;)
Stay safe!!

Can you answer the question of the century? When is NAPS I-Day? The answer has eluded me so far.

Rosa

Naps06 - Write down this link in your files. Might come in handy for later. I know there was a bunch of confusion over this information last year.

No date on I-Day yet huh. Could be that one hasn't been set yet. It'll pop up soon. No worries.

Jamzmom! how are you? I had a great thanksgiving holiday and it was well worth the price of the plane ticket. It's only 3 more weeks and I'll be back home again! Can't wait....NAPS makes you appreciate home....and home cooked meals :).

As far as I-Day goes, It's undecided until May 2006. Navy(and probably the rest of the service branches) is usually late with everything, esecpically scheduled events.

As far as MEPS goes, get it done ASAP. Most Navy chiefs never even heard of NAPS and they are the ones usually directing you.
