<p>OK All we received this letter in the mail saying that my son has been nominatied for membership in The National Society of HS Scholars. </p>

<p>Is this on the up and up or do they just want my money (45), does it really mean anything.</p>

<p>I have received onther things in the mail that was just junk and was wondering about this one.</p>

<p>I strongly recommend doing a search before starting a whole new thread.</p>

I feel left out. :(
I might have gotten one for National Society of HS Scholars, but I forget.</p>

<p>my school couseling office sent a message to us saying this was a scam. whos who on the other hand isnt cuz its free</p>

<p>it basically still is, you dont have to pay, but its completely useless in every sense of the word, and parents usually pay to buy the copies of the whos who..so thats how they make their money.</p>

<p>It's a scam. Thay just want your money. I got the same letter along with everyone else who took the PSAT at my school (even my friend who got a 130 lol)</p>
