Hello! I had a few questions regarding Naviance and the Common App. I logged into the Common App on my Naviance account, waived my FERPA rights, and went ahead and requested a few teacher recommendations, however when I went and looked on Common App under school forms there was no indication of this. Once my teachers submit their letters will they show up under School Forms on the Commom App?

I was also wondering how you request for your counselor to fill out the School Forms since I am having to use Naviance? And will that show up on Common App once it has been completed?

Also, would it be appropriate to also have my teachers and counselor submit their letters/forms via mail in addition to submitting them electronically? I personally don't trust Naviance to work properly...

And these next two questions aren't really related to Naviance, but...

I am applying Early Decision, which is due November 1st. I wanted to start working on the Supplement for my application, but in order to do that you have to submit the Early Decision agreement first. Can I do this without having completed the rest of my application yet? I wasn't sure if it'd do something crazy like lock in all my responses to the normal part of the application haha...

I was wondering if it would be appropriate to include pictures of my artwork under "Additional Information" on the common app. The school I am applying to doesn't ask for a portfolio and I mentioned my passion for art a few times in my essay but I feel like words don't really do them justice.... It would be relevant because I plan on majoring in Visual Arts.

Thank you in advance! :) I know I should be directing these questions to my counselor but she rarely returns my emails and is always busy or gone when I try to go see her.....
