Need advice..career planning.

I am planning to do something in Business/Economics/Finance.

I did a major career change recently, I just got out of Medical school (was my parents dream not mine).

It feels great to not live up to expectations, although they all are ****ed off and gave up on me as a "lost case" lol.

Anyways, I pretty much have to start over, but this time around I'm excited about what I'm doing and not miserable.

I'm taking Economics classes, and think its very interesting, and I looked into it.

What kinds of jobs can you get with an Economics or Finance major?

Is it better to go for an MBA afterwards?

anyone? sigh

Financial Analyst, Financial Advisor, Internal Auditor, Economic Forecaster, Bank Examiner, Government Policy Analyst, Urban Planner, Consultant, Investment Banking Analyst, only to name a view. Econ and Finance will give you a bevy of options post-graduation.

With regards to the MBA, most programs will only accept you after a certain number of years of work experience, so I wouldn’t worry about that yet.

Thank you so much.
