Need advice/nervous

Hi,

I am applying to UT as a transfer student.I need some advice. I am really really nervous.

I graduated high school few years ago went to university in another state. i took a summer class got 3.7 for that class. then the next semester i went through some illness as well as some other personal issue. my gpa that semester was 1.7. i dropped out of school for about a year to focus on family issues.. then i enrolled in a community college and went on and off and had a 3.6 gpa there. then took couple of years off to work focus on my family and was in rehab around that time as well.

i moved to texas enrolled in ACC i had a 4.0 gpa last semester. i took calc, eco, etc.
this semester im only taking couple of classes but so far it looks like i can pull of As in those classes as well(even though its early). In fact, I am taking classes with bunch of UT students and I am tutoring them. They are in McCombs..

I started my own business here in Texas and starting to do somewhat well.

So, I want to apply to the business school (crazy dream) and possibly liberal arts (i want to study international relations as well). however, i am nervous and I believe I do not have a realistic shot at any of the schools.

Any advice or just comments? please help. thanks a lot :)

You will never know until you try! I would give it a shot, the worst they can say is no.

I’m also working on transfer to McComb. I’m in acc, also.
The due date is March 1st. Let’s get started!!

yeah i know that but like what are my chances? im thinking of not even applying mccombs but like liberal arts and maybe communication
