Need advice on how colleges will view my Fresh/Soph grades

I know that most of you could care less about this, so I’ll make it quick-

I went to a public high school in 9th and 10th grades (I am at a private school now). At my public school obviously I was required to take classes like gym (or PE for those of you in the south) and basic computing in addition to the regular core classes.

I did very well in my core classes (mostly As with Bs in math), but got a low B in basic computing and a B in gym (hey, I didn’t like the swimming portion!).

My questions are-

Will those non-core classes be factored into my overall GPA for both schools?

Do colleges even care if I got a B in gym or basic computing if I am not majoring in anything related to computers?

Is there any chance that they (the colleges) will throw those classes out when they calculate my cum. GPA?

Also, one more quickie-

Through an accelerated program at my middle school I was able to take HS Biology in 8th grade, but did miserably and got a 60ish (D) for the year. That was the last final grade below a B, and in my freshman/sophomore and current junior years I have yet to make a term grade below a B. I am also planning on taking AP Biology as a senior next year.

Do you think the colleges will cut me some slack on my bio grade since even though it was a HS course I was in the 8th grade at the time that I took it? I really was a moron back then…

Thanks in advance!

How a college views your Freshman year and/or electives depends on the college. Univ of Michigan throws out all freshman grades, all electives and all "plus" and "minuses" (as in an A+ is the same as an A-)
