Need advice selecting which college to attend!

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>My son has been admitted to the honors program at George Mason University (which was his back up choice), honors admission at University of Mary Washington, JMU and Va Tech. He wants to attend law school, and everything I have heard and read says it is essential he graduates in the top 5 or 10% of his class in order to be admitted to a good law school. We live in No. VA so these schools are all between 25 minutes to 4 hours away. Which of these schools do you all like the best for someone who wants to attend law school? Thanks so much for the help! <p>He will probably have the most opportunities coming from Virginia Tech as long as he does well there.</p>

<p>Thanks so much for the advice...I will share that with him. Any particular thoughts on why you think Tech will give him more opportunities...I know they have a very strong alumni base and networking with peers after law school will probably be more productive...any other thoughts? I really appreciate it.</p>
