Need Help Creating a Realistic College List? (Upcoming Senior)

Freshman to Junior Year will probably end up 3.45 UW (yikes!), 4.05 W--grades not final yet
Sophomore/Junior Year probably GPA 3.33 (even more yikes?!?) UW, 4.16 W

By the end of high school, will have taken 7 honors, 7 APs, 8 regular academic classes (half of which were during freshman year when honors/AP was barely available)
- Freshman Year: 1 honors class
- Sophomore Year: 4 honors classes, 1 regular class
- Junior Year: 3 APs, 2 honors, 1 usually senior elective
- Senior Year: 4 APs

Extracurriculars
- Freshman: Member of CSF, ambassador for school
- Sophomore: CSF, ambassador for school, Mock Trial
- Junior: Amnesty Int'l board member, CSF, ambassador for school, Confirmation leader
- Senior: Amnesty Int'l board member, CSF, ambassador for school, Confirmation leader, part of school's student technology dept.

Somewhat of a College List (pls help narrow it down, but spare me the "you're dumb" talk bc I already know. Even though this isn't really an excuse, my school's incredibly tough.)
Amherst College
Arizona State U
Boston U
UC Berkeley
UC Davis
UC Irvine
UC Los Angeles
UC San Diego
UC Santa Barbara
Carnegie Mellon
Drexel U
Emory U
George Washington U
Georgetown U
Johns Hopkins U
Lake Forest College
Loyola U Chicago
New York U
Penn State U
Pepperdine U
Santa Clara U
Syracuse U
Tufts U
Tulane U

Also, I'm not sure if this changes anything bc my school doesn't officially rank, but my counselor's assured me that I'm within at least the top 18% of students at my school. And it's not like a laid back, chill school--we're supposed to be a good private school I guess?

All I can do for you at this point is to assign target scores if achieving that target score makes it reachable (or perhaps even a safety in some cases)…
