I am a HS senior planning on applying to colleges in a couple months but I have encountered a bit of a dilemma. I first took the SAT last (school) year, during a particularly stressful time in my life and got a pretty mediocre 720CR,710M,630W for an overall 2060. I also took the Chemistry SAT and got an 800, and both the Math I and II for a pretty lousy 710/690. Now, on November 5th, I retook the SAT, and while I felt like I did somewhat better, I knew that it was most definitely not my best work. If I had to guess, I would say probably around a 2100-2150 depending on how harshly they grade my essay. I wanted to get a 2250+ and was getting 22-2300's on my practice tests. Now, the scores won't be released until November 22, but the late registration deadline for the december 3rd SAT date is november 20th, so I won't know what my score really is until after I have registered.

TL;DR:
So, my question to you is, should I keep the 710 Math I and 800 Chem, and go for another try on the SAT? Or should I try and up my Math I&II scores, keeping the 2060-2150 on my SAT?

Also, to further complicate things, I already took the ACT and got a so-so 31, but I think I could get a 33 without too much more work. I will be taking that again on december 10th (no conflict).

Just for reference:
