Need Help with Score and Test Selection

I am a HS senior planning on applying to colleges in a couple months but I have encountered a bit of a dilemma. I first took the SAT last (school) year, during a particularly stressful time in my life and got a pretty mediocre 720CR,710M,630W for an overall 2060. I also took the Chemistry SAT and got an 800, and both the Math I and II for a pretty lousy 710/690. Now, on November 5th, I retook the SAT, and while I felt like I did somewhat better, I knew that it was most definitely not my best work. If I had to guess, I would say probably around a 2100-2150 depending on how harshly they grade my essay. I wanted to get a 2250+ and was getting 22-2300's on my practice tests. Now, the scores won't be released until November 22, but the late registration deadline for the december 3rd SAT date is november 20th, so I won't know what my score really is until after I have registered.

TL;DR:
So, my question to you is, should I keep the 710 Math I and 800 Chem, and go for another try on the SAT? Or should I try and up my Math I&II scores, keeping the 2060-2150 on my SAT?

Also, to further complicate things, I already took the ACT and got a so-so 31, but I think I could get a 33 without too much more work. I will be taking that again on december 10th (no conflict).

Just for reference:
My dream school is Olin, whose Test Scores -- 25th / 75th Percentile are:
SAT Critical Reading: 670 / 750 / Have 720+
SAT Math: 710 / 780 / Have 710+
SAT Writing: 650 / 730 / Have 630+
ACT Composite: 33 / 35 / Have 31+
ACT English: 32 / 35 / Have 34+
ACT Math: 33 / 35 / Have 30+
ACT Writing: 8 / 10 / Have 29+

I lean toward retaking SAT. I think the SAT will be weighed more heavily than the SAT II for admissions… It would be nice if you could at least get yourself near the middle of each range. Especially work on getting your math score up to at least 750 if possible.
