<p>Hi, I have a month to prepare for the SAT's and the writing part was my downfall on the PSAT's (more then 200 less then my math). I am wondering if "Barron's How to Prepare for the Sat II Writing" is good or any other suggestions would be helpful.</p>
<p>If you're trying to improve on the Essay, the way to go is just to write them... sigh... but if you're wanting to do better on the MC, I, knowing the little bit that I do kno, would suggest that you grab any Writing book and just read it (Barrons works fine as well). In every book I've looked at, there are always a list of "key" rules that you must know and just memorize those. It helped me (540 - 750 in 1 year).</p>
