Nervous Wreck. NYUAD?

Yes, well, it'd be great if you chanced me! Looking to apply to NYUAD. I know it's a new university and is pretty iffy and random, but a rough estimate would be great!

Look, I know my stats are not nearly as impressive as a lot of CCers out there, but chance me anyway? Oh, and please keep in mind that my school doesn't offer much ECs (I started most of the clubs), nor does my community offer many awards to expatriates (only to locals). My school also does not offer APs until senior year because most subjects are mandatory.

guys pls

Baaadump.

Gah. Nothing? Nothing at all?

I think your stats are great and overall you look like a go-getter. My son just finished his second year there - he will do his fall semester in NY. I think you should stress your local knowledge and how that will help students from other countries coming there. The more international students have contact with local people, the better.
Good luck to you.

Thank you for your opinion on the matter! Yes, stressing my local knowledge does seem like a good idea, as it will also be beneficial to other international students attending.
The thing is, everyone says that NYUAD’s applicants are absolutely unparalleled, however I know a few students there with rather less impressive stats, ie no ECs whatsoever, SAT score ranging 1500-1700, etc.
Idk. Still, thank you on your input!
Anymore thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Sorry for all the ■■■■■ bumps. I swear this is the last one.
Bump.
