Well I never talked or seen my counselor, and im planning on talking with my counselor very soon. What should i say? Or what should i ask her

Why are you talking with him/her? There should be a reason, and that reason should determine what you say to him/her. If there isn't a reason, just ask generic questions about high school problems (real or imaginary), college, and the future.

By the way, you don't really have it that bad. I've met my counselor twice, and she doesn't remember me at all.

You should say hi. I spend like up to 6 hours a week with my counselor because of online classes.

^Ah. A good suggestion. Greet your counselor before bombarding him/her with questions.

If you're talking about your college counselor, I would just make an appointment to meet with him/her for an hour or so, if possible.

That's what I did about a week ago (I'm a junior). I just wanted to "check in", let her know what I'm thinking about for college, and see if she had any suggestions of schools close to the places I'm already planning to visit. She also had access to the software that allowed us to look up my school's track record at a few of the colleges I'm considering at the moment.

Turns out I was the first junior to see her, but it was surprisingly helpful and I'm glad I did it.

Well, meet up then. Be genuinely friendly and take interest. Knowing your counselor well can help you out of a lot of situations, whether it is in sorting out course problems or getting a stellar rec. Talk to your counselor often, and acknowledge them on sight. At least make sure they know your name...
