sorry I am not happy with what the pokemon expansions have become, gochizeru, daburan, otamaru, shimama, erufuun, iwaparesu, really? i mean the last one is a piece of sediment with legs. and chillarmy, what are you gonna do, attack me with your cuteness? don’t get me started on “gear”, it’s literally 2 gears. and it’s evolved form is… wait for it… 3 gears! -.-

I’m with Seahawks506. It’s like, “Really, you couldn’t come up with anything better than a gear? Not even a wrench?”</p>

<p>I mean come on, when you resort so something like that you are just running out of ideas. They should have stopped after Ruby/Sapphire.

5th Generation to me has become a disappointment. Most of the Pokemon don’t look like Pokemon any more. They don’t have that same charm as in Generation I-IV.

<p>Charm? Let’s examine some of the earlier generation Pokemon:</p>

<li>Magnemite is a ball with two magnets on either end, which evolves into (GASP) three magnet-balls. (Direct refutation to the Gear argument).</li>
<li>Diglett. See above.</li>
<li>Voltorb is an exploding Pokeball. Yeah, real charming. Oh, and when he evolves, he turns upside down and grows a bit.</li>
<li>“Blissey, what are you gonna do, attack me with your cuteness?” </li>
<li>Dunsparce. What the what.</li>
<li>Geodude was a rock with arms.</li>
<li>Farfetch’d, Grimer, Muk, Seel, Rattata… I could go on forever.</li>
</ol>

<p>Those nostalgia goggles are clouding your vision. Gen V isn’t the only generation with bad designs.</p>
