Hello!
I couldn’t find a thread for the 2017 admission pool so I decided to start one. Does anyone who has attended in the past have any feedback for those of us hoping to make it to the interview process? This can be a place for us to discuss the program, answer any questions, and meet those we hope to see again this summer!
Glad to see there is a thread started…there isn’t much info on the website in regard to this program and when the letters for interviews are mailed. Does anyone know?
Actually, there are threads for New Jersey Scholars programs of the past on this website. I’ve gone through those and gleaned that we should receive our letters of rejection or requests for interviews in the next seven days.
Did anyone receive their “semifinalist or rejection” letter yet? Our mail was just delivered (it comes early) and nothing here yet…Thanks!
I didn’t receive anything either so I called this afternoon! This year, they are sending out emails. You should receive an email sometime between today and Friday at midnight.

This is on their Facebook page: “We will be sending an electronic mailing by this coming Friday. Interviews will be taking place on March 24-25.”

It was in his spam folder. He kept checking every 20 minutes since getting home from school and then thought to check there and he found it! So make sure to check!
Out of the 240 applicants how many get an interview? Also is the dress code for the interview semi formal wear (blazer etc.)?

Congratulations lawlover0520 - my daughter was selected for an interview as well. 
I am a finalist as well! Does anyone know whether or not parents are invited/encouraged to go on the tours with the finalists?
