<p>okay so i log into myucsc portal and i clicked on the "links for you" and there were many more from the previous "freshman admission and selection" and the "freshman viewbook". it had the campus map, the analytical writing exam, and even orientation programs. the really weird thing is though when i clicked on orientation programs, it said on the webpage "Congratulations! Your admission to the University of California, Santa Cruz truly reflects your scholastic excellence, community involvement, and the potential still to be fulfilled.". that was like the first sentence so i don't know whether to be happy or not lol because the real decision is in five days</p>

If you look further at that message it is orientation for winter 2010 … which is already past. I don’t think you should get excited yet. Perhaps UCSC is just getting ready to change underlying stuff and messed up.</p>
