Just received email today about yet another new billing system at UA.
Not sure what historical info will be available for current families going forward, so I highly recommend taking a print-out of your students current account TONIGHT, for tax/scholarship purposes. (In the past, UA’s billing system has only posted 2 semesters’ worth of financial history…who knows, the new system might wipe out last semester’s account history…)
Good idea - I just printed. I hope the historical information carries over, though.
I just went onto this new site to have a look-see.
It now has aggregate data going back to Spring 2013, which is nice! (the previous system only showed 2 terms’ worth of items, so this is an improvement)
All items appear to be grouped by category, so you can, for example, relatively easily see how much you’ve paid for course fees over the years, or how much you’ve spent on meal plans, by clicking on each category.
There are a few errors in this grouping (for us, anyway), but it’s a good overall summary of our educational expenses for the past 3.5 years. Yay!
