New York Reception Update

<p>Tonight’s reception was a great success, there were approximately 160 students and parents that attended. It was exciting to meet so many prospective students, and I am thrilled to say that I met students who have already committed to The University of Alabama!!</p>

<p>One important note: The regional recruiting representative indicated that there was a scholarship extension deadline due to the hurricane. The new extended deadline is January 18th.</p>

<p>Wow…the scholarship deadline extension is big news. I wonder if many affected people know about that. I’m guessing the extension is only for those in a designated area??</p>
