<p>Anybody want to tell me what the Newhouse school is like? Does it make your experienc at Syracuse different?</p>

<p>Newhouse is great. Very competetive, but great if you can get in. I'm not sure if it makes your SU experience any different, but then again I am not quite sure what you are asking. What do you want to know about Newhouse?</p>
<p>Looking back, the question didn't really make much sense. Sorry about that. I was wondering just what the Newhouse experience was like as a whole. What are classes like etc.</p>
<p>As a freshman in Newhouse, I'd just like to say that we only take 1 Newhouse class each semester, but so far it's been fabulous. As 2nd semester rolls around, you start taking classes that are more specific to your major. For example, Newhouse freshmen take Communications & Society 1st semester, and since I'm a magazine journalism major, I'll be taking News Writing next semester. Hope this helped! :-)</p>
