My school has block scheduling, so it creates an issue with some classes (APs included). Also, people at my school for the most part aren't interested in college-prep classes. If a certain number of people do not take a class, it is not offered (this is likely to happen)

My tentative schedule for next year will be

AP Calc AB (very unlikely to be cancelled, but possible)
AP Statistics (very likely to be cancelled)
AP U.S. History (60-40 chance of being cancelled)
AP Chemistry (Almost a guaranteed class)

Due to what I described above and potential scheduling conflicts, we need to have a list of 4 alternate classes.

Those are the only AP classes my school offers with the exception of AP English which I took last year. There are only 3 remaining honors classes (sociology, psychology, and anatomy and physiology). I am not interested in taking any of those classes, but among them anatomy and physiology would be the one I would dislike the least.

I have finished 6 years of spanish (the maximum at our school) and am practically fluent.

We have a very intensive german program where students are usually fluent after 3 years (I could take 2 years)

Which classes should I list as my alternates/why? Will colleges think taking a third language is good, or will they frown upon it because it is non-honors?

I must pick 4 classes out of:

Honors Anatomy and Physiology
Honors Sociology
Honors Psychology
German I
German II
