Should NHS be listed as an EC or an honour? I think of it m-re as an EC because around half my graduating class qualifies (105 inducted, 320 in my graduating class), but You do have to be specially accepted. On that note, would world language honour societies count as ECs or honours, especially if your chapter of the language honour society requires being a member of the club for that language?

Do you actually do anything as a member? If you registered as a member but didn’t participate in meetings or anything, it’s an honour. Both of those sound like honours to me based on the description, but I could be mistaken.

^What he said.

If you’re just “a member of NHS” then it’s an honor. If you’re president/secretary/participate in large amounts of projects then you could list it as an EC.

Yeah, I do a little bit over the service requirements for NHS because the service falls under an EC. There isn’t much to do language society wise as we still have the society but no club. Good to know, thanks.

I’d list it as an honor and then in the community service section of the app you can list the hours and NHS Projects as the reason. That’s what I did.
