<p>So since the NJ gov. is taking money out of the education budget, does anybody know how much TCNJ is going to be affected? I heard that Rutgers students might not receive the scholarship that they were given when they first applied.</p>
<p>I know for the budget year which starts July 1, 2010, Gov. Christie wants to slash $5.2 million from TCNJ. </p>
<p>Even if scholarships were going to be affected, the TCNJ board of trustees would find another way to make up the money lost through other measures. If they cannot, they’ll raise tuition. But it seems highly unlikely that they’ll take away scholarships once they have already given them out.</p>
