<p>I'm an international applicant, and I <em>just</em> realised that you need to complete a Pre-Application BEFORE NOVEMBER 1ST if you want to apply to CMU. The rest of my application is ready, should I still give it a shot? Or should I not bother sending in my app anymore? Please help, I'm freaking out! :(</p>

<p>My gut tells me if you have a stellar record and since you’re a full pay student, there’s likely an exception.
The early time is likely to make sure you can get all the legal stuff done on time should you gain acceptance.</p>
