Trust me, you will. I was the same way, and during the end of jr. year and beginning of senior year they all just piled in. I can't wait till the end of the year, the seniors are getting together for a bon-fire and we're building the fire with all our college crap, haha. Don't worry, they didn't leave you out...

I got a crap load of useless info. from all these colleges that I would not go to. It started at the end of my junior yr, increased during the summer, peaked at the beginning of my senior yr (aug/sept/early oct), and now I'm glad I'm not really receiving any more stuff.

Yeah, I have gotten copious amounts of mail from colleges that have names that I wouldn't have thought existed. After that, I started checking, do not give out my information to universities, etc...

Yes, I filled in the bubble on the PSAT answer sheet that I did not want information from colleges, and the mail hasn't been too bad. I think that the mail I do get is because the SAT II answer key does not ask if you are okay with releasing information - and I took the SAT IIs in June and October.

@lavenderdream: I filled in that bubble on every test that had it. I received only two or three pieces of mail from colleges I hadn't contacted myself. Some agricultural school and the US Marines are some examples. I'm certain I wasn't targeted ;)

On the PSAT I took my sophomore year, I bubbled "yes" for that answer and recieved tons of useless college information (groucher college??). This year, I wisened up and said no, and I haven't recieved any college information. Frankly, I wanna keep it that way.
