You are not alone. Same happens for me.

Yeah, I sent mine in in late-October and I still cannot access it!

i sent my stuff in mid-december and i have not got anything from them yet....

I sent in my app on Dec 24 and now it's almost Jan 24, still nothing. I hadn't even heard of this "Axess" system you guys are talking about till I checked out this thread!

Under "Who Can Login?" on the front page of Axess, it says:

Guests: Guests may use Axess to search for academic classes (SUNet ID not required), access Stanford ePay if they have been designated as an authorized payer on a student account (log-in required), or check on the status of an active undergraduate application (application email address required).

However, when I try to login, it still needs a SUNet ID (which I don't have/haven't received). Do you guys use your email addresses, or have you gotten a SUNet ID? (Those of you who have entered Axess?)

JTKay, it sounds like you are clicking the login button in the Personal Login section located on the left side of the webpage. Directly below that is the Guest Menu. The third option under the Guest Menu is "Check Application Status." Clicking on that link will take you to this page

where you can enter the e-mail address used on your application to have your status (or lack thereof ;)) e-mailed to you. My son included reply cards with his school report and recommendations so we know they got there in November, but his status still hasn't been updated online. Maybe they will make the status check available starting Feb. 1, but that is just a guess.

2blue:

Ahhhh thank you so much! :) I realize applying for college was pretty much like hitting me over the head with an anvil - couldn't even see the Guest Menu. Hopefully we'll all know the application statuses next Friday.

P.S. You rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you! May I tell my kids that? ;)

Go right ahead, they should know :D I don't tell my parents that enough... but they won't let me touch the car, so :P

If anyone hears anything from Stanford, please let us know. It is the last of all colleges applied to that have not heard anything - no email, no letter, nothing.

I just sent Stanford an e-mail today...and here's their auto-response:

NOTICE FOR REGULAR DECISION FRESHMAN APPLICANTS ABOUT CONFIRMING
RECEIPT OF APPLICATION MATERIALS:

Using the email address you provided in The Common Application, we
will notify you in mid-February with instructions on how you can check
the status of these materials online. If anything is missing at that
time, you will have an opportunity to provide it.
