Average time to get email from Stanford on app submission

D submitted her EA app and supplement on 10/20, but has NOT had any email instructions from them that they have received it or how she can check her status online. I know they are swamped with apps now but she is getting nervous that she will not be able to double check that everything has been sent in.
The common app is also having its own set of glitches. There is a green icon saying her application was submitted, but a yellow icon next to her supplement despite the fact that she got a "successful submission" note earlier.
She just emailed them (yes,we know that no one will read it on Sunday!) and will also try to get through by phone tomorrow if possible.
Has anyone had this long a delay in email confirmation after submitting an online application?

I submitted my app on the 15th (for the arts supplement deadline), and I got the email confirmation almost immediately. You might want to contact them about it.

I have the same yellow box and submitted Thursday with no email yet. I didn't even know there was an email after submitting. Could you post when you hear something about it?

Hm. I submitted my app pretty early (like the 13th) and I got an email right away. Maybe you got it already. Search for something from the CommonApp people. Also, as long as you check your college status and it reads "downloaded," then the college already has it. And I still have the yellow box/red arrow thing. It's stupid. :P What's also stupid is that I submitted my money about a month ago and they still haven't downloaded that.

o im an idiot I got the email from the commonapp. I thought you were saying stanford sends one once they "download" it.

Also i heard the money status stays "submitted" because it goes directly into an account. As far as I know you can't download money.

You can't? >> << checks wallet Hm... Crap. Maybe that's why people keep threatening to call the police on me.

I'd like to know that too.....I don't want to keep checking my e-mail at all times.....
