No email received from Harvard decision yet

we live in California. Current time - 4/1 10:35PM pacific time

How about you?

same here! no email received yet, and i live in CA… I wonder what it means? Are we allowed to call their admissions office tomorrow?

What e-mail provider do you use?

I didnt get an email too… I am in California too and I use hotmail (I have recieved their past mails)

I use Aol not hotmail

Hotmail is apparently broken for everyone. People are to call Harvard tomorrow. Or wait for the letter. I mean, if you call, you’ll be on hold for forever, so you might just want to wait.

They probably wont have people on hold like 2 hours after 9pm EST

I suggest checking out the thread on hotmail. I’m also a hotmail user and have not received an e-mail. And, like Ranka, I have received their mail in the past.

No email for my son yet, AOL user in CA. I googled the issue and found that in prior years AOL kicked back Harvards bulk mail decisions because it’s servers thought they were a cyber attack. I just emailed Aol (useless) but my guess is email is forever gone and we have to call or snail mail. :(

use live.com mail provided by Microsoft, thought may be same as hotmail provifer.

AOL user in California, also. No email yet.

AOL user in California…No e-mail.

hotmail user ,intl,no email yet…><

I am int’l too (Asia). No decision yet.

AOL user in New York. Never got the email, Please respond when you got the snail mail decision

Fellow AOL users, take a deep breath. I did not receive an e-mail until 8:03 this morning, and I was blessed to be accepted. Just because you have not yet received an e-mail does not necessarily mean that you have not been accepted.

@Gazelle3: Its a relief to hear this, though i am a hotmail user…

@maheen11: I too did not receive an email from admissions, but I actually got an email this morning from the financial aid office saying I was accepted!!!

I’m a hotmail user, so I’m hoping this worked out for everyone. Now…off to celebrate!

I still don’t have it haha

Just like bsDBer2010, I never received an official acceptance email, but I got one from the financial aid office congratulating me on my acceptance (I also use hotmail)…so good luck to everyone who’s still waiting!
