No has answered my question: What happens if Penn doesn't accept my waiver?

Penn has a small cut-out application that asks for some financial information for a fee-waiver. Does filling out this form automatically waive your fee or must it first be reviewed? If Penn decides that I can afford to pay the application fee, then do they view my application as incomplete and reject me? Or do they notify me and have me send a check?

Why don't you just contact the Penn admissions office with this question?

just pay the fee if ur so worried...i mean if its ur ed one, i would just pay for it unless it presents a major financal burden
