no interview yet...automatic deferral?

<p>Gtown never sent me my interviewer contact info, i contacted them a couple weeks ago and they gave me a name and email address. i sent an email, didn't get a reply till a few days later, when i did, i was told to call yet another number to set up a time. i haven't called yet, will call tomorrow to set up a time.</p>

<p>how screwed am i? will a lack of interview be reason for automatic deferral? gah, i'm so nervous....i don't want to wait till april for a decision, i just want to know now and get it over with!</p>

<p>mario gave me my chances based on my stats (top 1%, 2300+, school of nursing and health)...8 out of 10 so like a roughly 80% chance of being accepted, but i refuse to let that get my hopes up....but i also really don't want to be one of the 2 out of 10 who get rejected...ughhh.</p>

<p>i wouldn't think so, but then i wouldn't know..just that your stats are definitely amazing</p>

<p>aww thanks for the encouragement. i wonder if that is enough for me at this point though....colleges always love bragging about all the 4.0/2300+ kids they've rejected, and gtown sure has a valid reason not to take me.</p>

<p>There is a significant number of early applicants who do not complete interviews by the time that decisions are made. Rest assured, this will not be held against you in any way.</p>
