No interview...

Kinda late, don't you think?

Or does Princeton not give interviews this year for some strange reason?

Do you know someone near you that has been interviewed?

yeah, i've been interviewed in mid-feb.
I think the interviewers were supposed to send in their reports by end-feb.

I've been interviewed two days ago. I liked my interviewer.

I liked mine too.

I liked mine too.

Yeah, I'm having my interview today, just got contacted on Wednesday. So, don't give up hope, you might still have an interview. Although, I also called the admissions office and they said not to worry about an interview.

My interviewer was awesome. She lives right down the street, lol. Anyways, what she told me was that a great interview won't make up for, say, bad grades, but it could be a tip factor, like if the adcom is deciding between you and another applicant. So I wouldn't sweat not having an interview; it's not weighted that heavily.

My interview was great too, but kinda short. Anyone else have an interview less than 30 minutes?

my interview was an hour long and it went great :) but, i do know somebody who only had a 15 minute interview.

the deadline for interview is about 3/1 b/c that is when most schools want their interviewers to mail them the information

My interview was about 20 min long. The guy talked to me on his cell phone while he was driving to a basketball game. Was really nice though and I thought it went good.

JohnDoe, I dunno if it's too late, but you could try contacting your local Princeton Alumni club asking for an interview...I did that for Dartmouth.

I just had my interview today over the phone. Isn't it kind of late for this stuff?

My impression is that Princeton's interviewing alumni are the least organized in comparison to their Ivy counterparts.

are u kidding me? I thought Pton has the BEST alumni associations of the ivies. I submitted my online common app on dec 31, and i was contacted on jan 3rd or something. Not only that, it was the head of the association that called me. he and i had a 20 minute chat to find out about my interests so he can FIND ME an interviewer with the same interests! then my interviewer called me like a week later, and he had the same major i'm hoping to get into.

Why does John Doe need an interview anyway? He just got a likely letter from Harvard!
