no interview?!

I called Pomona about a week ago and they said that they had no more space for on-campus interviews.

Problem is, I live in Southern California and Southern Californian residents are expected to interview on-campus.

Should I even bother applying anymore?

Have there been SoCal students accepted to Pomona without an interview?

*sigh

There must have been socal students who have been accepted without an interview. I would still apply, its worth the shot. A number of kids must be in the same situation as you

I was really lucky and got one of the last two interviews when I called in last week

You can get in without an interview, it's more of a chance for you to learn more about the school that for them to evaluate you.

I'm not from socal, but I was accepted without an interview, on campus or otherwise. Good luck!

Call them back and see if you can set up an alum interview.

But note this from the Pomona admissions site: "Students living in Southern California may not request alumni interviews and are expected to arrange an interview on campus."

Is there a wait list, in case of cancellations?

there is a wait list
