No scholarship from UCR = high chances of rejection from other UCs?

I was accepted by UCR around two months ago, but I didn’t receive a scholarship from them. I was just curious if I should take that as a sign not to have high hopes for acceptances from the rest of the UCs, since UCR is a low-tier UCR and all. Thanks to anyone that has any insight!

Just because you did not get a scholarship from UCR, does not mean will not get anything from the other UC’s. If you check many of the other UC threads, applicants may get UCI Honors/Regents but not from UCSB or UCSC. Each school determines whom they will award their scholarships and they are not always the highest Stats. Many times it is a holistic review where things like overcoming diversity or unique essays will make that applicant stand out.
Hang in there and wait for all the other schools decsions.
