<p>BTW wrap yourself up in bubble wrap...no jumping on the tramp to break and ankle or wrist....you don't want to go through a DODMERB for a stupid accident.</p>
<p>Well--as it turns out--no usafa nom for me. The admissions office actually told me "not to worry about it right now."--which is surprising, because I do not have an LOA, but it does lead me to believe there are noms out there for qualified candidates in my situation. We will see.... If it doesn't work out, I will be happy in Annapolis, --A bit colder, but happy just the same!</p>
<p>It can easily happen. Our friends son had no USNA nom, but a USAFA nom, He is at Annapolis. The funny thing is he was never offered an appt to the AFA, but a late LOA (Thanksgiving) to USNA.</p>
<p>BTW you need to look at the weather maps...USNA will be a bit warmer!</p>
