How hard is it to find a NON work-study job?
A lot of student have research assistant jobs that are not work/study. However, I don’t know how difficult it is to get.
DS always had WS available as an option, but the jobs he had ended up taking seemed not to be WS. It is a city, with lots of restaurants and stores to work in. But even the on campus academic jobs are not all WS. I think you can look on line and see jobs available and it will say if it is only WS or not.
