Noncustodial parent Internationals?

Hi,

So I emailed upenn about the Noncustodial parent form for internationals, and they said that my noncustodial parent should fill in the International Student Financial Aid Application and the Certification of Finances. But I am confused, isn’t it me who is supposed to fill in the Certifiaction of Finances and my custodial parent that should fill in the International Student Financial Aid Application?

@inshm2016 I would go with what admissions told you. If you really think what they told you was inaccurate, then I guess you can reach out to them again.
