<p>I got accepted Wednesday, so they don’t only admit students on Friday’s. Good luck to everyone, I hope for the best. I also hope NU offers good financial aid… but for those who are wondering what the online app check account looks like when they make a decision, everything is gone on the page except for a link that says “decision letter.” Then you have to click on the link which brings you to another page, the acceptance/denial letter.</p>
<p>Anyone who’s been accepted, any work on financial aid from NU yet?</p>
<p>In the mail, or on our online portal? Because I don’t think that from the time I got in to Monday will be enough time to process and mail all of that FA information.</p>
<p>@CJE224 It was odd because I had everything in as of February 23rd. Then on March 18th, two of my received documents were suddenly moved to the bottom of the list, and dated as March 18th. I dunno man :D</p>

<p>my application page changed sunday morning and i saw the acceptance letter. then i got an email monday afternoon saying that my decision was ready.</p>
<p>Cool, thanks! I’ve managed to lay off refreshing the page for a while, thinking I’d just get an email when it changed… knowing that however, I’m about to wear down my R key for the next couple weeks, haha.</p>
<p>The FA will be in the portal. I did the FA stuff months ago so theres really nothing that takes them too much time. The IDOC paperwork shouldn’t significantly change your initial FA offer unless there are discrepancies.</p>
<p>@jjordan7, and what your gpa is… from your current school. I know they take a few other things into consideration, but it would give a good idea of what I might be getting and if it is even affordable to go there. If you don’t feel like sharing its fine.</p>
<p>this isnt my need based aid, this is my scholarship award based on my academics. they gave me the Northeastern Achievement Award which can be worth $2,000-$5,000. i got $5,000</p>
<p>My CSS Profile is still labeled as “not received” and I sent them an email several days ago but no response yet. Anyone having this delay with the CSS Profile as well? It stinks cause I want to go to NEU but my attendance is completely dependent on the aid that I get!</p>

I sent in all of my material in a big brown envelope. On the check list it says the letter of recommendation was received but the mid-term report wasn’t. Even though it was in the same package just in different small envelopes! Anyone?</p>
<p>Chaddi how many credits? If 30+ I think you’ll get in. If not, it depends on HS. I never sent midterm report and got accepted. </p>
<p>Any acceptees get FA yet? Do you get an email when it’s ready? Is it under the messages tab of the FA site in myneu? Can you tell I’m impatient? ;)</p>
