I submitted my mid-year report maybe a week or two after I submitted my Common App. I applied to WCAS

@afk7867 i didn’t submit my midterm report. so don’t worry about it!

Has anyone who applied for engineering school heard back?

@angelbeats I’m also waiting to hear back from engineering.

@Bridgewood which major are you applying for? I am applying for applied math. I hope we are not same!! lol

@angelbeats I’m applying for electrical and computer engineering… I think engineering applicants generally hear back very late, possibly in June.

@Bridgewood Why do you think that?

@angelbeats It’s what I gathered from reading the 2013 transfer thread.

<a href=“**Northwestern 2013 Transfer Thread** - #316 by Sam_Lee - Northwestern University - College Confidential Forums”>http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/northwestern-university/1432534-northwestern-2013-transfer-thread-p22.html

@Bridgewood That not sounds good What other schools are you applying?

Anyone from Arts and Science heard back? I found northwestern to be rather late in releasing decisions.

Anyone applied for SESP?

also engineering here, also waiting. (civil)

@cobralike I also applied sesp but haven’t heard back.

I applied to SESP for the social policy major. I really hope more decisions will come next week!

rejected.
I am studying in a top 25 university and I got 3.6 gpa last semester (I know it is low…). Just got this semester’s gpa which is 4.0 but everything is too late…

@kai026 sorry dude. When?

@kai026 feel sorry for you…cheer up!

@swampedwithwork congrats on the acceptance! I still have not heard back, but as far as my double major goes I haven’t completely figured out what I want to do with it yet. I’m pre-med currently, but I’ve found Neuroscience to be much more fulfilling in terms of interests than a standard Biology or Biochem degree. I’m pursuing Econ primarily because I wanted to have a more business / financial major that would be moderately challenging for me (moreso than a business administration degree or just finance). I plan to concentrate on business / financial Economics as I complete that major.

I’m also minoring in Computer Science (and possibly Music / Music Business). Basically I have several interests and I am trying to get the most out of my college experience (without overworking myself in the process haha).

Accepted this morning!
